CREATIVE VISIONARY MASTERMIND

CREATIVE VISIONARY MASTERMIND

Embodied strategy for the multidimensional creative who is looking to enhance their flow, find their most authentic voice, and diversify lasting impact. A space for the visionary who refuses to shrink any longer.

You’re not just building a creative life—you’re coming home to your power, your voice, and the wholeness of who you are meant to be.

I'm tired of the world downplaying creativity and the power it holds. This mastermind is a direct response to that, a container that builds the opportunity to prove just how false that is.

The world needs the multidimensionality of woman now more than ever before. It’s no coincidence it’s working so hard to tell you that your gifts cannot amount to anything.

Each and every time I step into a room of new people, the response is always the same “Wow, I cannot believe you are a full-time artist”

The world has been telling us, collectively, for years that your dream of owning a creative business is not possible. And of course, after decades of conditioning, you believe it.

You sabotage yourself from stepping forward. You continue on the less-fulling path because you think it’s for everyone else but you. You gaslight yourself and say “I’m not capable of that” because it feels safer in your body to shrink than it does to take up space.

This mastermind has been created to break open your conditioning and allow you to lean into your full self once more. Not the self you’ve been showing the world, the self that is begging to come back to the driver’s seat. The self that is inherently creative.

Inside this container, we rewire the belief that art can’t sustain you…..because it can. We rewrite the narrative that creativity is a luxury or a silly hobby—reminding women that it’s a birthright, a way of leading, and the most powerful force for change they possess.

You’ll learn to organize your genius, diversify your offerings, and implement strategy that supports your creative flow instead of stifling it. Through embodiment practices, storytelling, and strategy, you’ll reconnect to the self that creates with ease—the part of you that’s expressive, alive, and unafraid to be seen. Because being an artist isn’t just about making beautiful things, it’s a personal development practice, a spiritual path, and a full-body remembering of who you are. This is where your art, business, and nervous system begin working together so you can lead, create, and thrive from your wholeness.

Most women don’t fail because they lack talent, creativity, or vision. They struggle because their nervous systems can’t hold the pressure that comes with being seen, making money, or stepping fully into leadership. Because again, the world has told us that there is no space for us there.

And that is just straight bullshit.

If you’ve ever felt like your gifts are too big for the structures around you—or like every time you grow, your nervous system collapses under the weight of it….you’re not broken. You’ve just been taught to build your business from the outside in.

This container flips that story.

Make It

This isn’t a self-study program where you’re left to figure it out alone. That’s what online courses are for. The power of this mastermind lives in the collective container: a group of multidimensional women who reflect, affirm, and hold each other through the process of becoming through four months of work:

  • Most women live in a constant state of disconnection from their own bodies. Chronic stress, societal expectations, and the pressure to perform teach us to bypass our intuition, numb our sensations, and separate from our creative power. We’re told to push harder, plan more, and hustle relentlessly—yet the more we force, the further we drift from the very source of our ideas, inspiration, and confidence.

  • This month uncovers the invisible patterns that drain your energy and keep you small: family, society, and old beliefs that have silently shaped your creative flow, confidence, life and business. You’ll reclaim lost energy and begin shaping a business model that aligns with your truth.

  • Many artists struggle with social media because they’ve been taught to perform rather than share authentically. They feel pressure to be perfect, consistent, or “marketable,” which often leaves them frustrated, burnt out, or disconnected from their work. This month, we completely reframe visibility.

You’ll learn to translate your art, your process, and your unique journey into stories that naturally resonate with an audience. This isn’t about forcing engagement or selling; it’s about inviting others into your world. We’ll break it down into actionable, body-based practices so that sharing your work feels safe, embodied, and aligned with your rhythm.

  • Many creatives feel scattered with too many ideas. This month teaches how to bring all your multitudes into coherence, creating a clear, aligned, expansive business without sacrificing yourself. Month Four is about integration: bringing all the pieces together so your creativity, your nervous system, and your business strategy operate in harmony. This is where your insights and discoveries turn into tangible, aligned offerings that serve both you and your audience.

The power of the collective:

This isn’t a mastermind where you disappear into self-study modules or hide behind another to-do list. The medicine here lives in the group. I’ve seen it first-hand through the dozens of retreats I’ve planned and hosted. Something powerful occurs when women gather.

We remember what it means to be seen—not for our output, but for our true self. We remember that clarity isn’t something we fight for alone; it’s something that happens when we’re reflected by others who hold us in our process.

Inside this container, your breakthroughs won’t just come from me: they’ll come from the collective mind of the women beside you. The ones who will say, “I see you,” when you’re hiding. The ones whose stories and insights unlock something inside your own.

Each session becomes a living curriculum. One woman steps forward, and the rest of the circle expands. You’ll learn through each other’s experiences, see your own blind spots in their breakthroughs, and feel your capacity grow as you witness them rise.

We have breakthroughs by letting it unfold through reflection, resonance, and collective intelligence.

You’ll leave this mastermind with more than strategy or structure: you’ll leave with a sisterhood of creative visionaries who will continue to reflect your highest self back to you long after the program ends.

Because this is what happens when multidimensional women gather:
Ideas multiply.
Courage compounds.
And creation becomes inevitable.

About The Artist + Leader: Sam

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been more than one thing. And until very recently, I’ve always felt shame around it… until I embodied all creative sides of self to build a life only I could.

In 2017: I picked up the paintbrush again after relocating to Charleston, SC. I had just left my teaching career and went back into food and beverage to try and help my extreme burn out. I was unsatisfied with the way my life was headed.

In 2018: I began selling my work at local markets and developed my first website. I launched my first collection, became signed by a gallery, signed a lease on a studio, and booked commissions. I co-owned and operated a local social agency— representing local and global brands to strengthen and define their online presence and identity.

In 2019: I sold out my booth at my first NYC art fair, landed in Marie Claire Magazine, exhibited in my first solo exhibition, created and performed my first immersive installation for the Entrepreneur’s Organization, and opened my women’s retreat company: Ember and Solis! I continued creating campaigns for my signed brands part time: from photo styling, ad generation, and social media strategy. I was drowning in debt from my relationship, uncertain of how I would ever climb out. I was depressed, anxious, and desperate for a way out of the hole we had climbed into.

In 2020: I executed and facilitated our first ever women’s retreat in Joshua Tree- followed by a women’s circle retreat in Washington, participated in a 30-day long artist residency program, tripled my art income, exhibited at another NYC fair, booked two public murals, and left my 8-year relationship. I moved into a tiny apartment with 300 dollars to my name, gave up my studio, and painted full time in my living room. (I didn’t have a couch for two years!)

In 2021: I booked the highest amount of commissions, broke my online sales record, and booked a six-figure art installation project with a local hotel. I hosted and facilitated another women’s retreat in Bryce Canyon! I received a state grant to plan, execute and fund my second immersive exhibition experience- opening the doors to over 700 Charleston attendees. I paid off all my debt, and I was able to leave my part-time jobs to be fully-funded by my creative ventures! I handed over my social media agency to my business partner, and decided to focus on painting fully.

In 2022: We sold out of all retreats within a week, hosting six of them that year! I exhibited my work in London, sold out of three full online collections of work, had my writing content shared on the Drew Barrymore social channels, and sold out commission spaces within a day. My confidence was growing, and so was I!

In 2023: I received a SC grant for the second time, and utilized it to plan, execute and fund a second immersive exhibition experience— with over 700 attendees in the same weekend. I was accepted to a 30-day residency in Pouch Cove, and sold all of the work created there. We hosted two more sold out retreats, and my chronic illness led to a ruptured appendix! I went 30k into debt from the procedure, and had to take months off to recover. To allow time for healing, I created Collector’s Box products to be sold for the holidays. I painted over 47 large-scale originals that year! Despite my time on bedrest, I started sharing my writing with the world by creating The Art Of on substack.

In 2024: We signed the lease on a 2k-square foot space as our beloved art studio! We hosted 6- two day workshops, offered live drawing events for the community, and held collector’s nights. We took a month in New Zealand to fill the creative cup and plan retreats for the rest of year! I paid off my medical debt, and donated to several advocacy groups. I exhibited my work in New York City, broke my previous online sales records, and hosted five more sold-out retreats around the world. My substack community grew to 3,500 readers a month, and painted my largest piece to date!

In 2025: I completed my yoga teacher certification, focusing on my leadership and somatic understanding. I sold 55 original pieces, scaling my income well over six-figures consistently. I created and launched my first-ever print drop, making 20k dollars of art accessible to first-time buyers. I hosted three more retreats, and re-imagined what that original communal space could offer: preparing to re-launch a new brand identity known as The Body Is the Blueprint. (look out for that soon!) I launched a podcast about art, healing and womanhood with my best friend: Down The Rabbit Hole— and grew my Substack to top 40 Rising and Culture. I began mentoring artists one-one-one to give others the confidence I wish I had in the beginning of this journey… and here we are!

Looking back, this is the path that built me—every pivot, risk, and reinvention.

When life got hard, I had to trust myself. I had to figure out how to begin again, how to rebuild my confidence, and how to generate new ideas from a place of faith rather than fear.

But I often think about how much lighter it would’ve felt if I’d had another creative beside me—someone who could see the bigger picture when I couldn’t. Someone to remind me that every detour was actually direction. That’s why I built this mastermind: so you don’t have to do it alone.

More About Me:

I was the girl who loved painting, but also found joy in teaching. When I chose a dual degree in Fine Art and Arts Education, I immediately found myself caught between two worlds. On the Fine Arts side, there was constant eye-rolling, the dismissive refrain: “those who can’t do, teach.” On the Education side, there was skepticism of my creative fire—biases that painted artists as chaotic, disorganized, impractical. “Focus on education,” they told me. “At least no one can take that from you. No one actually grows up to be an artist.”

This experience led me to always feel shame surrounding other parts of myself. It kept me severing the wild, defiant, visionary side of self that longed for more in this life. I believed she did not deserve a seat at the table. And I sure as hell did not believe I could ever be an artist

After five years into my teaching career, I became despondent and ill. Chronically burnt out, exhausted, and uninspired. So I listened to that defiant and wild side of self– the one the world had pushed me to forget about– and quit.

Over the last nine 9 years, my art career has turned into a larger-than-life exhibition of what someone can accomplish when you tap into the creative visionary side of self. I never took no for an answer, and I never looked to anyone else for those answers. And now, I make a living off of my art.

But in the midst of growing my art career, I felt the subtle knocking on the door again. So alongside all of it, I was committed to many other endeavors, too. As an artist and woman working to heal herself and find fulfillment in life, I craved community. So I built a women’s retreat company, spaces where women could come together to be seen, held, and inspired while stepping into their own creativity and power. But even as I found success in hosting retreats all over the globe, a little voice in my head told me I should be severing that part of self… because I was only allowed to be an artist.

The fear of being seen as not enough of one thing kept me in a cycle of shame for years. If I pursued retreat facilitation and leadership, would people take my art less seriously? If I pursued art, would people dismiss my ability to lead or hold space for others?

And from a young age I clocked just how the world diminishes women who dare to be more than one thing. Especially creative women. It was as if the word ‘artist’ came with an asterisk, a silent subtraction of credibility. I had so much re-wiring to do.

That tension between visibility and dismissal kept me small for a long time. But what I’ve learned is this: the very thing I was taught to hide is what makes me whole. My multiplicity isn’t a flaw…it’s my strength. And if you’re reading this right now, changes are….it’s probably yours, too.

And it’s harder still when there’s no roadmap. No blueprint for a creative life. I’ve watched friends give up because the path was unclear, because the world told them to “pick one lane.” I refused to do that. I made my own path. I ran a women’s retreat company. I published a Substack that has grown over two years. I launched a podcast. I created major immersive art installations. I’ve received artist grants and shown work internationally. Each success is proof: the path is yours to build….but you have to be willing to do it without a template. You have to be willing to build it yourself.

While there’s no one correct blueprint for a creative life, I’ve learned that every success I’ve experienced came from carving a way forward with the very parts of myself I was told to hide.

No blueprint? No problem. We’ll build one together. Because yes, creativity is sustainable. And yes, you can change the world by being in flow with it.

This is where we take all of who you are and bring it into coherence. Where your many sides stop competing and start working together. Where your vision becomes visible, attainable, powerful.

Whole-body work is at the forefront of your creativity, because we cannot create from disconnection-

Strategy isn’t enough to keep you tapped into a flow:

I learned the hard way that strategy alone isn’t enough. I spent years chasing growth, trying to “figure out the right formula,” while my nervous system was in collapse. I could produce, but I couldn’t sustain. Every step forward came with exhaustion, overthinking, or the quiet voice that whispered I wasn’t enough.

What changed everything wasn’t another strategy. It was learning how to come back into my body.

Embodiment became the missing key. When I could regulate my nervous system, I no longer crumbled under visibility. When I could expand my capacity, I no longer self-sabotaged when success actually arrived. When I could feel safe inside myself, I finally had the space to create with freedom and follow-through.

As artists, this is even more vital. Being an artist isn’t just about what we put on the canvas, the page, or the stage—it’s a personal development practice. Every piece we make is an extension of how deeply we know ourselves, how much truth we can access, and how willing we are to stay present in the body that creates it.

But many of us live disconnected—stuck in our heads, trapped in old stories, running from the body that holds both our pain and our power. That’s why this mastermind is full-body work.

Here, we’ll paint, write, and build offers—but we’ll also regulate, ground, breathe, and move. Because your art and your life don’t expand by abandoning your body. They expand by rooting deeper into it.

Remaining in your body—or learning how to return to it—will change the course of your creative development. You’ll stop hustling against yourself and start creating with the whole of who you are. You’ll discover that your body isn’t in the way of your art—it’s the blueprint for it.

Creativity isn’t just painters: it’s embodied for all women who make, imagine, and lead.

This Mastermind Is For:

The Aspiring Creator
She dreams of starting her creative business but feels stuck in fear, uncertainty, or self-doubt. She’s full of ideas but paralyzed by questions: “What if I fail? What if I’m not enough?”
In this mastermind, she gains clarity, courage, and a roadmap to take the first steps—without waiting for the perfect moment. She’ll learn to trust her instincts and bring her vision into the world with confidence.

The Plateaued Creative
She’s already started—selling her art, hosting workshops, or running a creative business—but she feels stuck, burnt out, or unsure how to grow without sacrificing herself. She’s moving, but not forward with flow or ease.
Here, she’ll find focus, structure, and community to reignite her momentum. She’ll learn how to streamline her work, restore her energy, and create with joy instead of pressure.

The Multi-Passionate Visionary
She has overflowing notebooks, half-finished projects, and a mind that sparks in a hundred directions at once. She wants to tap deeper into her flow, hone her confidence, and anchor her voice.
This mastermind helps her channel all her passions into clear, actionable steps—so her ideas stop competing and start working together to bring her vision to life.

The Woman Afraid of Being Misunderstood
She has held back parts of herself to be “taken seriously” or to fit a narrow definition of success. She craves a space where her multitudes are celebrated, not questioned.
Here, she learns to own her full creative self, express her voice with clarity and power, and expand into the leader she’s meant to be—all without apology.

The Expansion-Seeker
She’s achieved some success but knows she’s capable of more. She wants her creativity to sustain her life and livelihood, not stay trapped in notebooks or unfinished projects.
In this space, she gains discernment, focus, and courage to scale her ideas, publish her work, or step fully into bigger opportunities.

The Integrated Creator
She refuses to be just one thing: artist, teacher, dreamer, doer. She wants to weave her many talents into one anchored, powerful vision.
Here, she learns to integrate all her gifts into a cohesive expression of her creative identity.

The Creative Reawakening
She’s always been a creative at heart—painting, writing, imagining—but life, obligations, or self-doubt pulled her away from that part of herself. She feels the longing to reconnect, but doesn’t know where to start.
In this space, she rediscovers her creative spark, taps into her flow, and learns to bring her art and ideas back into her daily life with confidence and joy.

Make It

You are the safest, smartest investment you’ll ever make, but the world tries to tell you otherwise:

If you’ve made it this far, there’s a good chance something inside you is already whispering yes, I need this. And even still…this might be the moment where your mind starts to spiral. How do I know? Because I’ve been where you are. For many years.

That’s an insane amount of money to spend on myself? Who do I think I am, spending that much? What if it doesn’t work? What if I’m not ready?

For so many creatives, money is the first barrier between desire and action. The “starving artist” conditioning runs deep. We’ve been taught to romanticize struggle—to believe that being an artist means being broke, or that investing in our dreams is irresponsible. We’ve been conditioned to pour our time, energy, and creativity into everyone else’s vision but our own. When’s the last time you charged a dinner out with friends? A new iPhone? A vacation you couldn’t afford?

We make those decisions without hesitation—because they feel normal.
But when it comes to investing in our dreams, our healing, or our creative expansion, suddenly the doubt creeps in.

Is it worth it? Am I ready? What if I can’t keep up?

Here’s the truth most creatives don’t want to admit:
It’s not about the money.
It’s about the belief in ourselves.

We’ve been taught to trust systems, jobs, and institutions before trusting our own vision. But this work—investing in yourself, your art, your nervous system—is what breaks that cycle. Because when you bet on yourself, you rewire the belief that your dreams are “extra” “unattainable” “ridiculous”. You show your body that your art, your voice, your power are worth supporting. You reprogram new neuropathways.

The world benefits when women who create are resourced, regulated, and rooted in abundance. You can’t pour from depletion. You can’t grow from scarcity.

This mastermind isn’t just an investment in your business—it’s an investment in your capacity to hold more. More creative freedom. More confidence. More money. More joy. More visibility. More impact.

Because when you invest in your growth, you’re not just saying yes to this container. You’re saying yes to the version of yourself who knows she’s worthy of thriving.
