A New York Snowfall

The following images were captured shortly after a snow storm in The Hudson Valley, New York. I ventured out into knee deep snow to survey the pure white landscape. Traisping through a world untouched; a slight dusting still falling-- covering tree branches and all that surrounds. The world so quite and still-- it almost felt uncomfortable. A cold breathe in fills my lungs, reminding me how welcoming the world truly is when all falls silent.
